The AT&T eCommerce organization is looking for an innovative, self-motivated creative interaction designer experienced in defining information architecture and user interactions for large eComm and online experiences. This position is expected to apply information design skills and wireless subject matter expertise to shape the user experience for all AT&T Consumer online experiences. ID duties and deliverables include full interaction design and documentation work through site maps/screen flows, design recommendations/proposals, and working prototypes. This position will fulfill functional, business and user requirements while maintaining consistent logic, brand style, and best practices as the primary goal. This position requires interaction with multiple internal and external business partners as well as vendors and will report to the Interaction Design Lead.

Job Responsibilities:
• Define site navigation and create interaction models for customer-facing AT&T Web properties. Primary deliverables include navigation, flows, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Assist in the creation, development, review, and approval of requirements and functional specifications.
• Assist in QA of development from a user and technical interface perspective.
• Employ a User Centered Design methodology that translates a set of defined user behaviors into the structure and elements of online data. Involves producing scenarios, information structures, navigation diagrams, wireframes, and written specifications.
• Review and approve wireframes and other deliverables set forth by the team and/or third party partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Online Care personnel to help in formulating product concepts, interface design and content presentation.
• Write high-level creative and technical documents articulating how the proposed experience architecture solution addresses the strategic business user and functional requirements of the proposed solution.
Maintain and enforce the visual style guide as a means to provide a consistent and brand-compliant user experience.
